Sharon Cooper has a
special affinity for animals!
Sharon is a native Pensacolian and has always had a special affinity for
animals. At 13 she worked at a ranch taking care of horses and soon was
showing horses in competition. Her passion for animals and their well
being naturally led her into becoming a Veterinary Technician, a
profession that lasted for 16 years. During this time Sharon fostered
countless kittens, puppies and a assortment of wildlife.
After seeing the need for a more personal, caring, mobile pet grooming
service, she decided to create her own. Sharon attend the
Florida Academy
of Pet Grooming and in 2006 she graduated as a Certified Groomer. In June
2006 Sharon rolled out the Avalon Mobile Grooming service and the rest is
history.
Sharon's experience as a Veterinary Technician:
Airport Animal Hospital from 1990-1994. Animal Hospital of Pensacola from
1994-1998, transferred to their new hospital, Animal Hospital of Tiger
Point from 1998-1999.
Parkway Animal Hospital
from 2000-2006 where she did
some grooming.
